Why do you offer the book for free?

The book is being offered for free because of our goal of educating Wisconsin residents regarding lawyers and lawyer advertising. The book was written as "A Consumer's Guide." Consumers today are being inundated with generic tag lines and false impressions regarding lawyers and their ads. It is our goal to educate consumers so they know what to look for when viewing or reading these ads. The book also provides a system for finding the right lawyer for their case.

Who are you?

The book was written by Wisconsin attorney Randy Rozek. Randy devoted his career to representing individuals against insurance companies and large corporations. Randy became frustrated by the generic information used by personal injury lawyers in their advertisements. What is the goal of the book?

The goal of the book is to assist the consumer in their search for the right personal injury lawyer for their case. This is accomplished by dispelling common myths about lawyers and their advertisements, by educating the reader about the rules behind lawyer advertising, by educating the reader about attorneys fees and contracts, and finally by providing the reader with a step-by-step system for choosing the right lawyer for their case.

How long will it take to receive a copy of the book?

Books are generally mailed within 12 hours of receiving the order. It will usually take 1-3 days to receive the book via mail. If you have ordered a book more than 3 days ago, please email us for a status. Please remember to include your name and address.
